Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us to discuss. 

 

Damages and issues

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your product is damaged or short stocked, we will issue a refund. Otherwise, our products are non-refundable. 

If the product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and send through photographic evidence of damage to submit a claim. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund (using the same method as payment was made) for the damaged products within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
