Smoky gochujang + cream cheese = your new obsession. This combo is sooo good!! Save this recipe for your weekend brunch at home.
1 Bagel
1 Handful of Rocket
2 Tablespoons of cream cheese
1 Tablespoon of "Smoky Gochujang sauce"
1/2 Avocado
4 slices Smoked Salmon
1 Egg
Few springs of chives
1. Cut the bagel in half and toast
2. Mix cream cheese with "Smoky gochujang sauce"
3. Spread the amazing cream cheese mix on both sides of bagel
4. Assemble bagel with Rocket, Sliced avocado and Smoked salmon in order
5. Fry an egg sunny side up,
6. Sprinkle generous amount of chopped chives on top of the egg
7. Close the lid
8. Cut in half and show off
