1. Cut the bagel in half and toastĀ
2. Mix cream cheese with "Smoky gochujang sauce"Ā
3. Spread the amazing cream cheese mix on both sides of bagelĀ
4. Assemble bagel with Rocket, Sliced avocado and Smoked salmon in order
5. Fry an egg sunny side up,
6. Sprinkle generous amount of chopped chives on top of the egg
7. Close the lid
8. Cut in half and show off
