Ingredients
- 200–250g salmon sashimi, sliced
- 1 cup cooked grain (quinoa, rice, or your choice)
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ cup seaweed salad (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp ChamCham Hot Bae sauce (adjust to taste)
1. Prepare grains: Cook quinoa or rice according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly.
2. Prepare vegetables: Julienne carrots, dice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice avocado. Blanch or steam edamame until tender.
3. Assemble bowls: Divide cooked grains into bowls. Arrange salmon, vegetables, avocado, and seaweed salad on top in sections.
4. Add sauce & serve: Drizzle Hot Bae sauce over the top (adjust to taste). Mix everything together before eating, or enjoy as a visually appealing bowl.
