Ingredients

- 2 slices of toast bread
- Shredded mozzarella
- Shredded Comté
- 2 slices cheddar
- Kewpie mayo, for spreading
- 1 tbsp ChamCham Kimchi Relish, or enough to cover the toast
- Butter, for finishing
Method
1. Spread Kewpie mayo on the inside of both slices of bread.
2. Add shredded mozzarella, shredded Comté, and 2 slices of cheddar.
3. Spread ChamCham Kimchi Relish over the cheese. Use about 1 tablespoon, or enough to cover the toast.
4. Close the sandwich and spread Kewpie mayo on the outside of both sides.
5. Grill on low to medium heat until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
6. Make sure both mayo sides are grilled first, then finish with butter for extra flavour and shine.
