- 200g Your favourite cut of steak
- Cham Cham Green Chilli Ssamjang
- Cham Cham Soy mustard ganjang
- 1/2 x brown onion
- 5 x whole peeled garlic
- 3 x sprigs Spring onion
- Cooked rice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Wash and Cook your rice (We use 1 cup of short grain rice and 1 cup of water)
- Slice thinly spring onion and onion
- Season the steak with salt and pepper
- Cook the steak with peeled garlic and oil on a hot pan
- Rest the steak for 3 to 5 minutes
- Dress sliced spring onion and onion with "Soy mustard ganjang"
- Scoop your rice and put big dollop of "Green chilli ssamjang" on your rice
- Slice the steak and lay fan them out
- Garnish with dressed spring onion and onion
- Drizzle "Soy mustard ganjang" over your steak
- Dig in !
