Ingredients
- 4–4.5 cups cooked rice
- 3–4 tbsp ChamCham Green Chilli Ssamjang
- 2–3 cups assorted vegetables (spinach, bean sprouts, carrot, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.)
- 200g minced beef or tofu
- 1–2 tsp soy sauce (for meat/tofu)
- 1 tsp sugar (for meat/tofu)
- 1–2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup kimchi (optional)
- 3–4 fried eggs (optional)
1. Cook protein
For beef: sauté minced beef in a pan with soy sauce and sugar until fully cooked.
For tofu: sauté tofu cubes until lightly golden, season with soy sauce and sugar.
2. Prep vegetables separately
Blanch or sauté each vegetable for 1–2 min until tender but still crisp.
Season lightly with salt and toss with a few drops of sesame oil.
3. Assemble bowls
Divide cooked rice evenly into bowls.
Arrange vegetables, kimchi, and protein on top of rice.
Place a fried egg in the center (optional).
4. Serve
Add 1 tbsp ChamCham Green Chilli Ssamjang per serving (adjust to taste).
Mix everything thoroughly before eating.
