Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 3 tbsp ChamCham Honey Pepper Ganjang (+ extra to glaze)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- ½ cup sliced spring onion
- Garnish: sesame seeds, red chilli, curly spring onion
1. Mix the beef
- In a bowl, combine beef mince, spring onion, sesame oil, ChamCham Honey Pepper Ganjang. Mix well by hand until sticky and well combined.
2. Shape the patties
- Form into small, flattened round patties about 2cm thick. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up if needed.
3. Cook the patties
- Heat a pan with a touch of oil over medium heat. Sear the patties on each side for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Cover the pan for the last 2 minutes to keep them juicy or add some water if they are getting too dark.
4. Glaze (optional)
- In the same pan, add an extra spoon of Honey Pepper Ganjang to lightly glaze the patties
5. Garnish and serve
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and more spring onion. Serve with rice, lettuce wraps, or even as sliders!
