- 100g Korean style salad mix from
Woolworths
- 3 tablespoons of Soy mustard ganjang
- 6 to 7 pieces of diced tofu
- Pinch of Fried shallot and Roasted
seaweed
- Dash of oil
- Boil the water and cook soba noodle
according to the package instructions
- Pan fry tofu until golden brown
- Drain the cooked soba and refresh
with cold water until cold
- Place soba noodle in a bowl and add
your 'Soy Mustard ganjang' and salad

- Mix the noodle and salad well
